FATSO reserves the right to refuse to accept a subscriber.
FATSO reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time.
Minimum subscription period to FATSO is 3 months. Notice for cancelling a subscription is 1 month. Upon subscription of FATSO, payment of the starter pack and the first month’s subscription is due. It is then necessary to organise regular payment for the next two months. The FATSO programme will not be sent out until the regular payment method has been set up. The subscriber has a 7 day period from the date of subscription to cancel the subscription with a full refund. After this period no refund is available.
Payments made via PayPal are governed by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement of PayPal and are not the responsibility of FATSO.
Countries outside of Europe may incur a postage and packing cost to receive the 'Materials', please contact us for further details.
Our website uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor’s personal information (e.g. your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (“personal data”)) for the purposes of providing information about our business to the visitor.
